Terms & Conditions

All work is subject to a signed contract or eMail agreement due before starting a project. A Sample Contract is available, with or without completion of a questionnaire or creative brief. All projects do require a small, non-refundable deposit as a sign of good faith. Deposit amounts range up to 50% of the project estimation price.

For large or custom projects, contact us for available financing options. When working with a budget, clients are able to make payments in phases or at scheduled times upon approval. However, we do retain the right to refuse any prospects or projects that are not in the best interest of both parties.
